Improve your skills in visual presentation of your findings – dos and don´ts for figures and tables
Create more visually engaging and effective scientific figures
In this half day course, we focus on how to improve scientific figures and tables – be it for print, posters, or presentations – by using the graphic design tool box.
We explore visual communication from a practical view, with suggestions on colour, typography, and contrasts; and we share tips on how to avoid an overloaded figure that is difficult for others to engage in, or to understand. This is a non-software course; we will not work in any specific software.
To help you visually communicate your scientific figures and tables in a more effective way.
