All Phd students (who haven´t attended the course already), will be automatically admitted to the Introductory course.
Two courses will be given spring 2021.
Course 1: January 26-28
Course 2: May 18-20
day 1: 9-12, individual studies in the afternoon
day 2: induvidual studies
day 3: 9-16
Please Note: Due to the Covid-19-situation and the lagre number of praticipants (more than 50), the course will be totally web based/online spring 2021.
We are planning to start giving this course on demand, digitally, starting autumn 2021. More information will be posted here dusring spring 2021.

Contents and format
The purpose of this course is to welcome the PhD students to the Faculty and to contribute to the development of an independent approach to the PhD studies. During the course the participants will be introduced to the PhD programme and how the university is organized and structured. The course is based on principles for active learning and the participants will have time for individual preparations and be engaged in collaborative work.
