The faculty survey on the organisational and social work environment indicates that performance reviews between the manager and the employees are conducted well within the faculty. However, not all employees perceive that they have had a performance review, and this must of course be improved.
The performance review is an annual mandatory conversation between the manager and the employee though which they discuss and develop both the business and the employee.The review should address the entire work situation, including the employee’s physical, organisational and social work environment.
