Funding opportunities in neuroscience

MultiPark hereby announces 3 new calls for funding

Funding for Research Activity

MultiPark is opening a call for funding of salaries for 6 months. Eligible to apply are researchers holding a PhD in a relevant area, who do not hold a permanent position or act as an adjunct teacher. 

Please note that the deadline of this call is on June 11th 2012.

 

Co-funding for PhD salaries

The purpose of this call is to provide 50% co-funding for the employment of a PhD student. Eligible to apply are researchers who do not hold a permanent position or act as an adjunct teacher. The applicant must fulfill the requirements of the faculty to supervise PhD students. The ability to co-fund 50% of the salary must be confirmed.

Deadline for this call is on August 20th 2012.

 

Funding for Technical Platforms

MultiPark PIs and associated partners are welcome to apply for co-funding for technical platforms (equipment, technical expertise/staff, and running costs), to be used to support strategic development of neuroscience at Lund University.

Please note that the deadline for this call is on June 11th 2012. 

 

Travel Grants

MultiPark has opened a call to apply for travel grants. Only PhD students and postdocs are eligible to apply. The yearly budget for MultiPark amounts to 400 000 SEK. Two kinds of scholarships are available:

  •  Maximum 7000 SEK for travel within Europe
  •  Maximum 15 000 SEK for travel outside Europe

 

Call for Applications to Obtain Financial Support for Innovation

It is now possible to obtain financial support for innovation from MultiPark.

Other Strategic Grants

MultiPark has co-funding opportunity for guest lecturers, scientific visits and further education or training for technical personnel. The applications will be reviewed continuously.
