Location

The course will take place at Malmö University hospital. The hospital is located close to the city centre (about 10 min walk).The exact location has yet not been decided.

The official course language will be English.

Information of interest in Malmö

Malmö is the third largest city in Sweden with about 300 000 inhabitants. It is located in southern Sweden, well known for its rich history and culture, its farming districts and beautiful countryside. Copenhagen in Denmark is 25 km away (over the bridge). Transportation

Kastrup, Copenhagen Airport (CPH)
The most convenient transportation between Kastrup Airport and Malmö Central Station, is by train (22 min). A one-way ticket costs 98 SEK. The train leaves three times an hour every day till midnight. During night time there is one train per hour in each direction. Click here to view the full time table.

From Malmö Central Station you can either walk, take a bus or a taxi to your hotel. However, if you choose to take a taxi, remember to always set up the price before you get in the taxi.

Sturup, Malmö Airport (MMX)

Sturup is a rather small airport. The Airport Coaches (Flygbussarna) or a taxi will take you to Malmö within about 30 minutes. The price for a one-way ticket with Flygbussarna is 99 SEK. Flygbussarna stops at several places in Malmö, two of those are Triangeln (close to many of the hotels) and Södervärn (next to Malmö University Hospital).

Currency

The Swedish currency is Svenska Kronor (SEK) and 1 SEK is about 0.09 EUR (13-07-2009).
