The Medical Faculty at Lund University is responsible for the educational programmes in Nursing. The programmes including Basic level (Bachelor), Advanced level (Master’s) and Specialist level are only offered in Swedish. However, clinical placements can be offered with supervision in English.
If you do not speak Swedish, Norwegian or Danish you need to have a good knowledge of English in order to take part in clinical placement. For non English speaking students the international recognised test of English is required, e.g. the TOEFL-test (550), ELTS (6.0) or the Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency.
We also welcome students who wish to pursue their thesis research, both at the Bachelors and Masters levels, at the department.
The following courses are offered in English at the graduate level. Some require a completed Bachelors Degree while others require that you will be in your last semester of your Bachelors Degree during your exchange period in Lund.
