For students in biomedicine, there are Bachelor and Masters level courses offered in English. A Research Project, 10 or 20 weeks is also available depending on previous studies within the biomedical field.
The 2 first years of studies are given in Swedish only, and students must therefore be proficient in Swedish. It is possible for non-Swedish-speaking students to be enrolled at later stages of the education. It is also possible for exchange students to apply for individual courses given during year 3.
The education is harmonized according to the Bologna process and is divided into two parts: First cycle courses (Basic level) and Second Cycle courses (Advanced level). The courses on the basic level are part the Bachelor program in Biomedicine, and the Advanced courses are part of the Master programs.The master program is entirely given in English.
