 In addition to the documentation required at Universityadmissions, please send following documentation with your application package: 

•  relevant certificates of employment, these documents must be certified by an official testimonial from the company/agency/institution for each term of employment you consider relevant. The document should contain information about your position and duties, and the period during which you were employed.

•  answer this question (max 250 words) in your own words: "How do you intend to integrate your studies in public health at Lund University with your future career plans?"
