For employees

Username and password

All the university employees are required to have a personal user name and password called Lucat-id in order to use our computers and network.

If you do not have a Lucat-id you need to contact your Human resources administrator.

Keep your contact information and room number up to date so that IT-support and the caretakers can easily locate your room if you need help or when you report an error.

Newly employed

If you are newly employed or recently moved to CRC, HSC or Kansli M, you should contact the Library and ICT services to get your Lucat-id and password synchronized to work on our machines. This will also give you access to printers and backup.

Changing password is a two-step process:

1. Change your password in Lucat for employees.

2. Synchronize your password so that it can be used in the Faculty of Medicines systems.
