The Department of Health Sciences is one of six Departments at the Faculty of Medicine, Lund University. The Department encompasses education and research within the field of health science in close collaboration with general health care, regional authorities and the surrounding society.
There are 1 300 full-time students, enrolled in six programmes leading to professional and BSc/MSc/Master degrees within Medicine, Midwifery, Nursing (including ten specialist nurse programmes), Radiography, Occupational Therapy, and Physiotherapy. There are 70 doctoral students and about 200 employees.
