The Faculty of Medicine’s strategic plan for 2007–2011 is the faculty’s principal steering document during this period. It is aimed primarily at our employees (staff and students). All employees with a decision-making or managerial function can find support for policymaking and decisions in this plan.
The strategic plan begins with the Faculty of Medicine’s vision and mission statement for 2007–2011. This is followed by a brief summary of our common values, four strategic goals and the success factors which form the basis for reaching the strategic goals, and, finally, the external factors which in various ways will have an impact on our progress during this period.
